The Double High-Rib Reinforced Polyethylene (HDPE) Spiral Winding Pipe is primarily made from high-density polyethylene (HDPE) and polypropylene (PP), using two opposing polypropylene (PP) oriented curved corrugated pipes fused together as an auxiliary support structure. Two symmetrical polypropylene (PP) straight edges are fused to form a profiled reinforcement rib with upright ribs. The high-density polyethylene in a molten state encapsulates and fuses with the profiled reinforcement rib, which is then spirally wound around the outer wall of the molten high-density polyethylene main body pipe to create an all-plastic, high ring stiffness, flexible pipe. The pipe complies with both the T/GDC19-2019 group standard and the GB/T19472.2-2017 Type C national standard. The PP double high-rib structure helps improve ring stiffness and stability while addressing the issue of stress concentration in spiral winding pipes. It ensures excellent welding effects and enhances the tensile strength of the reinforcement seams. The pipe features a large external surface area, providing strong compressive resistance.
